One thing that I like to do when it comes to creating an exercise regimen that will create amazing results is to challenge people in a number of ways. One simple, but not necessarily easy way to do this is to add "Yoga Poses" to your day-to-day exercise program. Why? Well, if you are already doing some weight bearing exercises and some of them are moderate to high impact, adding a few properly selected yoga poses can be of great benefit.
