Remember, as I have said in some of the past health tips here, all of the technological advances might be fun to play with, but that doesn’t necessarily make them healthy for a human being.

We are great with acute stress be have not adapted to low level chronic stress. So, be aware!

The basic truth that you need to know and understand is this: Synthetic light has an adverse effect on your stress hormones.

Why? Well, predominately it has to do with our bodies relationship with the sun. We cannot just create a new circadian rhythm by having poor sleeping habits.
