More and more people are becoming involved with “Cross Fit” and “Boot Camp” types (i.e. Group) of training.
But, not at the expense of “poor” or “improper” technique!
Hey, it is difficult enough train proper mechanics to one client, but to really safely and effectively train groups of people you MUST have your crap together.
Unfortunately, it seems that the people who are training “groups” of people have less knowledge, wisdom and experience than the “professionals” that are doing the “one-on-one” training.
This is backwards!
3 POOR PUSH-UP TECHNIQUES
When it comes to the push-up, here is what I am seeing is being allowed:
- Horrendous Hand Placement
- The “Head Bob”
- The “Hip Thrust”
