Okay, okay, what in the world does that title mean?

Well, let’s take a look back at what Albert Einstein had to say about “Insanity.”

Insanity: Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

Einstein’s thoughts on the subject are pretty self explanatory, so let me apply this definition to what I see a real challenge in the health and fitness industry.

What is that challenge you might ask?

Not achieving the health you desire and not reaching the fitness goals you desire because people just keep doing the same thing over and over again!

Please, tell me that this isn’t you. Hey, in some shape or form, it is ALL of us!

But let’s move on and let’s get better. NOW!
